Just-For-You

Like just-in-time, an important aspect of lean thinking, just-for-you is an important two-part component of the lean systems program: customized solutions and dedicated training.

Dedicated Training
The center’s team will present any course offered by the lean systems program on-site or facilitate team activities in a designated area of a plant or production line. Another option, your group can come to our facility on the University campus and learn through hands-on training with our instructors in our specially designed lean systems labs.

If you choose to train on location, you save the cost of sending your group to our public offerings and benefit from having our lean teaching expertise dedicated to your company’s transformation. If you send your group here you benefit from training that’s focused on HOW to apply lean principles within your specific business parameters .

Customized Solutions
Lean transformation is a process that takes time and sometimes it’s tough to get started, or somewhere along the way you need a helping hand to deal with aspects pertinent only to your enterprise. Our team will visit your plant to assist at any stage during implementation, or to apply lean principles to plant or line layout, process design, equipment or tool specification, scheduling systems, and additional specific areas.
