Staying lean and meeting business goals requires an effective partnership between human resources and production. Leadership is vital to creating and sustaining the Human Systems for Lean Model that defines the practical competencies and skills essential to a lean organization. Two modules taught during three days combine lectures and hands-on exercises demonstrating focused strategies. Students may earn a lean manufacturing specialty certification.
