Give your lean transformation leaders, operations managers, and key support personnel the in-depth knowledge and skills they need to succeed. On the foundation of a comprehensive, highly regarded academic program, our experienced and passionate faculty guide learners through the organizational, managerial, human resources, and technical components of lean systems. Knowledge well beyond the “whats” of the system, answering the “whys” and “hows,” is gained in carefully designed participative systems simulations, hands-on inquiry learning exercises, case studies, and team discussions. Participants may earn a Certificate as proof of their expertise in lean systems and also receive CEU credits.

Certification Requirements
Participants obtain the Lean Systems Certificate as proof of expertise and achievement. To qualify you must complete all six courses, and pass a written exam covering each course within three years.

Course Order
We recommend taking the courses in numerical order to benefit from building on the previous session. Students must complete the required basic course prior to taking the advanced classes. All six are available as public seminars in Lexington, Ky; Each course can also be taught on-site in any company’s facility. Courses 1 and 2 are offered as graduate level courses through the College of Engineering. The six classes are:

Fees
The registration fee covers the course and luncheons - lodging and other meals not included.

Taken individually, each course costs $1,495.00

To take six courses and qualify for the certificate,
the rate is $7,500.00
