The image represents
the brazing facility during a high
speed imaging session. A brazing cycle is executed while
fully controlled by a computer system through the controller
feedback sensing surface temperature change in real time.

The image represents
an interface between a Si reach Al
alloy micro layer and the substrate core at room
temperature before brazing. Intense diffusion migration
at the atomic level characterizes a temperature ramp-up
prior to alloy melting. |
